Prawns with Scrambled Egg Curry

Ingredients:
  • Prawns  : 250 grams
  • Eggs      : 5
  • Oil   : 4 spoons
  • Onions   : 2(big)
  • Green Chillies  : 3
  • curry leaves :2 bunches
  • ginger garlic paste :2 spoons
  • Tumeric powder : pinch
  • Red chilli powder  :2 sppons(depends on ur spice)
  • Salt  : as required
  • Garam Masala : 1 spoon
  • Coriander leaves : 2 bunches
Procedure:
  • Peel and Clean the prawns with salt and tumeric powder to prevent smell and boil them without adding any water and make them dry(half cooked).
  • Take a cooking pan and add some oil into it.Once the oil is heated add the chopped onions,green chilli chopped, curry leaves and tumeric powder.
  • After the onions are sauted and turned into light brown shade and add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  • Add the half cooked prawns into the cooking pan and allow the prawns to cook for 5 mins with a lid on it.
  • Add the redchilli powder,salt and beat the eggs into the cooking pan and pour 1/2 cup of water and leave it for 10 min in a slow flame with a lid on it.
  • Now mix the curry so that the egg is cooked finely without any smell and prawns  too.check the spices and salt according to your taste and add garam masala to it.
  • Cook it so that the water is totally evaporated and leave some juicy  stuff to mix it with rice to eat.add coriander leaves to it and switch of the stove.
